For years I have run my own weather station here at home. It is a great way to keep track of rainfall, temperatures and wind at home when I am on the road.

The photo is a young Anna’s Hummingbird trying to hide while eating. Wallyworld carries an inexpensive single port feeder. They do drip but the birds love them. If you use some of the temporary adhesive putty that you can get at office supply stores you can attach a perch to the bottom of the feeder. Just use a small stick. The birds love to sit down to eat.
