Playing with the new 8mm fisheye lens ~

I took the 8mm Rikinon fisheye lens on my Canon 5D MKII. With the full frame sensor you end up with an almost round image. These are all three frame HDR images.

Spring in Full Force

Waiting is no fun –

The Green Is Gone

I noticed this leaf laying under the holly tree in the back yard and couldn’t pass up shooting it. This is actually eight frames stacked to get the sharpness I wanted using the macro lens. (Clicking on the image will give you a large version.)

Spring in black and white

I have been told that it is sacrilegious to convert a daffodil to black and white because of the great yellows representing Spring. Oh well ~ Click for the large image.
